Sodecia North America specializes in state-of-the-art metal-formed components, complex modules and mechanical assemblies for the automotive industry in the US, Canada, Europe, South America and Asia.

In March 2010 SODECIA S.A., a Portuguese industrial corporation, acquired majority ownership of AZ Automotive Corp. based in Michigan and in London, Ontario. The combined companies provides global manufacturing operations in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Portugal and China, along with a joint venture in India. The new organization has an excellent transfer of product development and manufacturing technology for both chassis through AZ and instrument panel cross car beams through Sodecia and a customer base of five or six major customers.

In operation since 1998, the London facility specializes in state of the art metal-formed components, metal stampings and assemblies, complex modules and mechanical assemblies for the automotive industry globally. Its products include body structural stampings and assemblies and complex modules for vehicle suspensions. The company is a Tier I supplier to OEMS and Quality Certifications include TS16949, QS9000, and ISO14000.
