Like you, we take pride in what we do. All our dishes are prepared onsite, and we avoid fillers and preservatives. We roast and slice our own meats, make our own stocks and soups, and bake our own desserts. We also buy locally, supporting London suppliers, farmers, and producers whenever possible.
