St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, in partnership with Canadian Mental Health Association Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services, invites you to the 2026 *Breakfast of Champions,* the largest and longest-running mental health fundraising breakfast in Southwestern Ontario. Since 2007, Breakfast of Champions has raised more than $2.1 million to support mental health care in our region while bringing the community together to learn, reflect, and take action.

This year’s theme, *Mental Health in the Digital Age*, explores how social media pressures, constant connectivity and smartphone use affect well-being. Guest speakers Carol Todd and Bailey Parnell will share personal insight and research-backed strategies to help individuals and families build healthier technology habits and support mental wellness.

The event will also recognize local leaders through the Champion of Mental Health & Addiction Awards, presented by Canadian Mental Health Association Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services. Proceeds support mental health care programs at St. Joseph’s Health Care London.
