On October 21 at Centennial Hall, Andriani S.p.A. hosts a welcoming open day with a live concert by the Italian OLES Symphony Orchestra, a Felicia Pasta Tasting, and short talks & demos on innovation and sustainability.

A classical music concert featuring a full orchestra and soloists (27 musicians), followed by a live show cooking session and open-access tasting experience.
