Finding and keeping the right people continues to be a challenge for many manufacturers. This two-part employer series will explore how newcomer talent can be part of your workforce strategy, from recruitment and hiring through onboarding and retention.

- Learn what employers across Canada are experiencing and doing to recruit, onboard and retain newcomer talent.
- Explore practical approaches you can apply in your own workplace.
- Learn about an upcoming opportunity for manufacturing employers to receive onboarding support at no cost through the Onboard Service

Employers who participate in Session 1 will also be invited to a follow-up session focused on practical, onboarding support available in 2027.
