Pillar Nonprofit Network invites our members, supporters and the community to our 2026 Annual General Meeting

**AGENDA - April 29, 2026**

11:30 - 12:00 - REGISTRATION

[Thunder Queens](https://www.thunderqueens.com/) will be joining us for a special pre-event performance!

12:00 - 1:00 PM - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

- Receive the 2025 Audited Financial Statements
- Appoint the auditor for the following year
- Elect members to the Board of Directors

1:00 - 1:30 PM - NETWORKING

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone is welcome to attend however please RSVP.

This event is taking place in person and is not being recorded. There is NOT an option to attend virtually.

*Audio-visual support for the Thunder Queens performance is generously provided by the London Music Office.*

**VOTING DETAILS - Who Can Vote?**

A reminder that voting members include one authorized representative from each Nonprofit organization member and current/past directors who have current memberships.

As per our bylaws only one vote per nonprofit organization member is allowed.

- Each member organization only gets one vote
- Each current/past director gets only one vote

If you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to vote on the abovementioned agenda items, you may designate a representative by completing the [proxy form](https://pillarnonprofit.ca/sites/default/files/website_files/2026_agm_proxy_form.pdf) and submitting it to Anahí González at membership@pillarnonprofit before the meeting.
