### About this Event

Join P2P Champion, Patrick Gregory, to discuss product visioning and the impact it has on the product management process. Patrick will review the following:

- What is a product vision?
- What problems can arise if you don’t have one and how does a vision address these?
- How do you create a product vision?
- Once the vision exists, how you do action on it?
- Excellent examples of a product vision

This session will include a agenda a brief presentation of the list material and will remain open for Q&A and discussion for the rest of the hour. minute talk that covers the following aspects of Product Visioning. The group will then have the remainder of the hour for discussion.
