This course is your opportunity to think strategically about what matters to your business the most and to develop a long-term, sustainable plan for any or every part of your business, from people to processes, so that you never have to feel unprepared again.

If you own or operate a business in Canada with fewer than 500 employees, this course is for you.

**Format:** Virtual. 1 hour of weekly instruction over zoom on Monday, with Q&A on Fridays. On-demand option available.

**Outcome:** After 5 weeks, the homework will culminate into a long-term sustainable remote work strategy for implementation after the course. We focus on strategy and innovation skills and aligning the strategy with digitalization of processes.

**Over the course of five weeks, you'll learn how to:**

- Systematically develop a strategy that you can implement afterwards, regardless of what industry your business is in.

- Re-think your space and processes so that you can streamline them to maximize revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiencies.

- Use design thinking to innovate, communicate, and quantity your strategy to ensure optimal implementation and uptake and define what success looks like.
