Your commitment is straightforward: - A project kickoff meeting (1-2 hours) to bring the team up to speed - Bi-weekly 30-minute check-ins from mid-September through November - Timely access to the financial data, people, and information the team needs - Attendance at the final presentation in mid-December / early January (on-site or virtual) - That's it. The students do the heavy lifting — supported by faculty advisors — and you receive strategic work of a caliber that would typically command a significant consulting fee.
