Ivey’s new Technology Transformation Projects connects your organization with Ivey MBA students who design AI-driven digital transformation strategies tailored to your business. **AI at All Stages** No matter where you are on your AI journey, our MBA teams deliver actionable insights that help your workforce: ✔ Automate workflows ✔ Enhance productivity ✔ Optimize operations for scalable growth Through close collaboration with your team, students identify key areas for AI-driven improvement and provide a tailored roadmap aligned with your business goals. **What You’ll Receive:** Teams of 6–7 MBA students dedicate a full term (3 months) to your organization, analyzing your organization through a digital lens delivering: • A custom-designed AI workshop for your staff • AI-driven recommendations tailored to your needs • A comprehensive implementation roadmap • An executive presentation designed to be implemented, not shelved. **What We Ask of You as a Client:** TTP projects are designed to fit the schedule of a busy executive. Your commitment is straightforward: • A project kickoff meeting on-site (1-2 hours) to bring the team up to speed and explain your business and current technology use in late-January. • 2 to 3 more virtual or in person meetings between February through April • Timely access to the people and technology information that the team needs • Attendance at the final presentation in early May (preferably on-site) That's it.
