The annual **EMC Wage Survey** is now open for 2025! This confidential survey collects wage data for **89 manufacturing job titles** across production, supervisory, and senior management roles. It helps benchmark wages at both **regional (Southern Ontario)** and **national** levels. Participants are asked to provide **high and low wage ranges** for applicable positions at their facility. Note: You must complete the survey in one sitting within **20 hours** of starting, and only those who participate will gain access to the full results.
