London, Ontario — Pharmaline Inc., a Canadian pharmaceutical and nutraceutical contract manufacturer with more than 20 years of industry experience, has selected London's Innovation Industrial Park to build a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Headquartered in Mississauga, Pharmaline serves leading health and wellness brands across Canada, the United States and international markets.

The new 90,000 sq.ft. facility, on five acres in Innovation Park, will introduce advanced manufacturing technologies for tablets, capsules, powders, gummy and softgel products. Designed to support more than 300 products and create up to 70 skilled jobs, this investment will significantly increase Pharmaline's current production capacity, reduce reliance on imports, support other Canadian brands, strengthen domestic supply chains and expand the availability of high-quality, Made-in-Canada health products.

“Our investment in London represents an important milestone in our vision to strengthen Canada's advanced manufacturing capabilities and build a more self-reliant health and wellness industry,” said Suresh Kolla, Founder and CEO of Pharmaline Inc. “We chose London not only for its strategic location and skilled workforce, but also for the City's forward-thinking approach to industrial development. The development of Innovation Industrial Park, supported by essential infrastructure and a business environment that encourages technology-driven manufacturing, provides an ideal foundation for our long-term growth. We sincerely appreciate the commitment of the City of London and the London Economic Development Corporation to attracting advanced industries and creating skilled employment opportunities. Through this investment, we look forward to expanding Canadian manufacturing, supporting domestic brand owners and contributing to London's economic growth for many years to come.”

> “London is proud to welcome Pharmaline and this significant investment to our city. A new state of the art manufacturing facility represents an important vote of confidence in London’s workforce, our industrial lands strategy and the strength of our life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors. Creating up to 70 jobs and bringing the manufacturing of more health and wellness products home to Canada represents an investment that is good news for our local economy and our country. London continues to be focused on creating the conditions for businesses to grow, innovate and succeed, and we’re excited to see Pharmaline build its future here in the forest city,” said Mayor Josh Morgan.

Pharmaline provides comprehensive formulation development, manufacturing, quality control, primary and secondary packaging, and regulatory support services. Its operations are supported by Health Canada GMP requirements, U.S. FDA registration, NSF GMP and NSF Certified for Sport GMP certifications, along with organic, kosher, halal and vegan certifications.

> “Pharmaline’s decision speaks to the strength of London as a place that has created excellent infrastructure, workforce capacity and business climate for companies to invest here,” said Kapil Lakhotia, President and CEO of the London Economic Development Corporation. “Innovation Park has already attracted numerous global manufacturing leaders. This new anchor investment bolsters our life sciences cluster and builds on our strong track record of diversifying the advanced manufacturing sector.”
