Free Seminars / Events / Consultations:
If, for any reason, you need to cancel, we kindly request a notification. This will allow us to open the seat to someone else if needed.
Seminars and services with fees:
A full refund will be provided with advance notice of 48 hours.
Less than 48 Hours: A refund will NOT be given if the customer cancels within 48 hours of the seminar/workshop.
More than 48 hours: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the seminar/workshop will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was made, less a $10 administration fee.
You can change the name on the registration so that someone else can attend.
Events and Seminars that include food:
A full refund will be provided with advance notice of 72 hours. This is the time required by our caterers or the venue for all food purchases. No credit or refund will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled activity. You can change the name on the registration so that someone else can attend.
