Tuckey Home Hardware is one of London’s oldest family businesses and one of Home Hardware’s first locations. The current owner, Dave Tuckey, has recently invested significantly in the expansion and redesign of the store, including its façade. As an anchor retailer in Wortley Village the longevity of the company illustrates the nature of London’s community commerce and strength. The Grand Opening event will celebrate the ties small business owners have to their customers, employees and the multi-generational impact they have on the economy on the city. (There will also be cake).
