We will uncover the key factors influencing students’ experiences and share strategies for creating supportive environments, drawing from our research at the Work-Learn Institute. Additionally, gain insights from our employer partner, Ciena, on practical strategies for building inclusive workplaces for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
