The Downtown Business Series presents an opportunity to hear from a panel of seasoned digital marketing professionals. The speakers will share practical advice and discuss innovative approaches to reaching your target audience. This session will provide you with the knowledge and inspiration to elevate your digital marketing game.

Panelists

Ellen McGran is the Programs, Marketing & Events Lead for the Hyde Park Business Improvement Area (BIA), bringing a wealth of experience to her role, including her recent tenure as the program manager for the London Digital Service Squad within London's Digital Main Street program. With a BA in Media, Information & Technoculture and a Masters in Journalism & Communications from Western University, she excels in crafting engaging experiences and fostering community connections through her strategic marketing and communications initiatives. Ellen's dedication to placemaking and community engagement continues to leave a lasting impact on Hyde Park, enriching the fabric of the neighborhood and creating spaces where residents and visitors feel a sense of belonging.

 

Liz Gray is a faculty member at Fanshawe College and Western University in London, Ontario, Canada where she created and teaches courses in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Analytics. Liz is also a freelance consultant and has worked on many SEM and SEO projects. She has helped countless small businesses better understand SEO and capture more screen real estate in search results pages. She is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and holds a Master of Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo. Liz is a regular speaker on the topic of SEM, SEO and Web Analytics.

Location: Covent Garden Market, upstairs in the lounge (130 King St, London, ON N6A 1C5)
Parking cards will be available for all registered attendees who need them for Covent Garden Market underground parking.

How to access the Market after 6 pm:
If you are driving and wish to enter the Market after 6 pm, you can take the elevator or stairs from P1 or P2 directly to the second floor. For those arriving on foot, please use the King Street entrance as the first set of doors will be open. From there, you can either take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor.
