Remote work strategies for small businesses

Dates

This course is your opportunity to think strategically about what matters to your business the most and to develop a long-term, sustainable plan for any or every part of your business, from people to processes, so that you never have to feel unprepared again.

If you own or operate a business in Canada with fewer than 500 employees, this course is for you.

Format: Virtual. 1 hour of weekly instruction over zoom on Monday, with Q&A on Fridays. On-demand option available.

Outcome: After 5 weeks, the homework will culminate into a long-term sustainable remote work strategy for implementation after the course. We focus on strategy and innovation skills and aligning the strategy with digitalization of processes.

Over the course of five weeks, you'll learn how to:

  • Systematically develop a strategy that you can implement afterwards, regardless of what industry your business is in.
  • Re-think your space and processes so that you can streamline them to maximize revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiencies.
  • Use design thinking to innovate, communicate, and quantity your strategy to ensure optimal implementation and uptake and define what success looks like.

This is how I can help.
