SW Ont Consortium Virtual Session - Mental Health at Work: Let's be Honest

Mental Health at Work: Let’s Be Honest

Now more than ever employers are expected to ensure the mental health needs of their team members are met – but what about the workload?  How can we balance psychological health and safety while still meet productivity targets?  When job performance issues and mental health problems meet, what kind of approach should leaders take?

Workplaces are returning to “business as usual” but many employees continue to struggle with anxiety, burnout and a long list of challenges brought on or exacerbated by the pandemic.  As manufacturing organizations across the country struggle to re-engage their exhausted teams, leaders are often left feeling like they’re fixing the boat while driving it.

Join EMC and consultant Elizabeth Eldridge for an interactive presentation and frank discussion to better understand what a psychologically safe and healthy work environment looks like in a post-COVID world, and how making it a priority will make your life easier.
