Most small businesses we speak to struggle to find the time to properly implement and manage a health and safety program. There are so many competing priorities, especially this year. Helping small business understand and implement ergonomics in their workplace will have benefits in keeping employees safe and working as we navigate 2020.
This session is designed to help small business understand ergonomics and MSD prevention, highlight areas in which they may be inadvertently introducing MSD into their workplace or discover what they are doing is preventing MSD. Using the MSD Prevention Guideline to lead a facilitated discussion, an ergonomist with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS) will provide simple strategies and techniques to leverage ergonomics, translating into safer and more productive employees.
