EMC Still Has Funding Available for Post-Secondary Co-op Students!

Did you know that EMC still has wage subsidies of up to $7,500 for post-secondary co-op students placed in the Fall 2021 and Winter 2022 terms?

If you are a Canadian manufacturer and hired post secondary school students for either of these terms and did not receive any funding, please submit your application(s).

How WILWorks benefits you:

  • Subsidized, short-term labour to support your current business needs
  • Trained, motivated young professionals for your future talent pool

How WILWorks benefits students:

  • Paid, real-world work experience in manufacturing and related sectors

Whether it’s to meet daily production targets, manage equipment maintenance, or improve your processes throughout your business—you’ll always need capable workers to get these jobs done.

By hiring students and receiving a subsidy through EMC’s WILWorks program, you’re investing in the industry’s future leaders and getting paid to do it.

To apply, please visit our website or connect with Senior Project Coordinator, Wendy Gray (wgray@emccanada.org).

Summer 2022 term details coming soon!
