Customer Service Representative

As a Writer and Customer Service Representative at LEDC, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, creating content, providing assistance, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.  Your dedication to delivering excellence in content and service will contribute to LEDC’s reputation for excellence.   

You will play a pivotal role in crafting and curating high-quality content that showcases London, the LEDC brand, and resonates with many different audiences and drives engagement.  


Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service  

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with appropriate audiences in mind.  

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail  

  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with the ability to handle complex inquiries.  

  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop content ideas aligned with LEDC’s goals and the goals of multiple campaigns.  

  • Write, edit and produce a wide range of content including articles, email and social media responses.  

  • Conduct thorough research on issues relating to inquiries and background for article content.  

  • Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and style.  

  • Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn. 

  • Business acumen with a capacity for strategic thinking. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with newsletter software such as MailChimp.  

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.  


What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing customized responses to a high volume of diverse inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. 

  • Diagnose and resolve concerns, complaints, and requests by providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues.  

  • Develop a deep understanding of London and what London has to offer many different audiences.  

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and inquiries.  

  • Provide valuable insights to internal teams on trends of inquiries and interactions.  

  • Perform copywriting duties across multiple communication platforms for both internal and external audiences from web content, newsletters, and case studies.
