This is the first time in history that homeowners and businesses can book their own junk removal appointment without any human interaction. This booking system is unique, not just to the junk hauling industry, but to dispatching in general.

Once the client has completed their booking, the information travels through 1-800-GOT-JUNK?’s CRM intranet system, (JunkNet), and is automatically dispatched to the web-enabled cell phone of the nearest junk truck. Once the information is received, the truck staff hit either ‘accept’ or ‘reject’ on the phone. If accepted the truck staff call the client fifteen minutes prior to arriving onsite.
