Unseen, Unheard, & Untapped: Transforming HR Through Inclusion.

Too often, capable individuals remain overlooked—not because of a lack of potential, but because traditional HR practices weren’t built with everyone in mind.

Food Processing Skills Canada, through its newest program, FoodAbility, is bringing together employers and HR Professionals to empower access, share stories, and build awareness for those with different abilities.

In these powerful and practical sessions, we’ll shine a light on what’s been hiding in plain sight: untapped talent, unseen barriers, and unheard voices that could transform your workplace.

Through real-world examples, inclusive tools, and universal design strategies, this workshop equips HR professionals and business owners to rethink how they recruit, onboard, and retain employees with inclusion at the core. You’ll walk away with actionable practices, templates, and insights that will help you build systems that are not only fair—but built for everyone from the start.
