Our What’s Working sessions feature current programs and supports available to help people to be successful in their employment journey.

In this session, led by WILL Immploy, we will learn how to thoughtfully commit to building a diverse work force implementing best practices of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in order to benefit fully from immigrant talent for economic prosperity.

Immploy links effective immigrant employment tools and resources including:

•Recruitment services to access a pool of qualified immigrant talent.

•Mentoring programs that strengthen leadership, coaching and cross-cultural skills of your employees.

•Screening support for evaluating international credentials and language skills to help your company implement a new and more inclusive approach to recruiting.

•Connections with business leaders and other professionals who have successfully attracted and retained immigrant talent.
