Join Urban League London for their January Event on Thursday, January 29, from 7:00–9:00pm, with Richard Gracious, London Music Office, on London’s UNESCO City of Music designation, including ways small groups can bring music to London’s neighbourhoods!

Presentation begins at 7:00pm. League business to follow.

Please note pre-registration is not required. If the event shows “sold out” please feel free to still attend.

Attendance will be taken via a sign-in sheet. Non-members are welcome.

Speaker Bio

Richard Gracious, Music Industry Development Officer, Senior Coordinator - London Music Office

Touring musician, producer & Hi-Fi enthusiast Richard has always had music at the forefront of his career. Having toured in multiple bands across North America, producing recordings for local artists & running a DIY record label. He has experience in many aspects of the music industry working as an artist, radio producer, grant writer, event coordinator and other areas. As a London Music Development Officer for the London Music Office, he works closely with artists and the city to create a future that keeps music as a sustainable practice that can be celebrated and enriching for all. A division of Tourism London, The London Music Office acts as a liaison between City Hall and the music industry.

London’s UNESCO City of Music designation has placed the city on the international stage through collaborative partnerships that are strengthening London’s music community for decades to come.
