Tracy Fox is a business leader with over 25 years of relationship, project and performance management experience in the business services, healthcare and retail industries. Tracy has a passion for new challenges and is currently using that passion to learn how product management, business analysis and UX can productively co-exist in her role at VitalEdge.
Kristina Miller is a Senior Journey Design Researcher at Sun Life Financial. Before becoming a design researcher, she spent 8 years in academic health services research specializing in patient and caregiver experience. She holds a Master’s in Gerontology from Western University and is a committee member of Ladies that UX London ON.
Chris Cos is a designer, founder, try-guy, tinkerer, and entrepreneur from Canada. Most recently, he’s the founder of Basis, a digital product design studio specializing in product strategy and Design Sprints. Driven by the design community, Chris has also recently launched Sprint Camp – helping aspiring and early-career designers gain real-world experience through collaborative workshopping.
Margaret Kaczor is a manager with two decades of experience in the software industry across a variety of areas such as QA, project delivery, program management and process creation. Currently the Development Business Operations Manager at Dayforce, she works closely with development, UX, business and other departments to streamline processes, identify gaps and address anything that could impact the success of development projects.
The event is at Northern, downtown London. Free parking in a parking lot on Bathurst Street at the side of the building. Please enter through the front doors. Light refreshments and (of course) cake will be provided.
