Ontario Automotive Export Business Mission to IAA Mobility 2025

Dates

-

The Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation & Trade in co-operation with Global Affairs Canada is organizing an automotive focused trade mission to IAA Mobility. IAA MOBILITY is the world's leading platform for mobility, sustainability and tech. In 2023, the event had 750 exhibitors from 38 countries and more than 500,000 visitors from 110 countries. The event is the ideal place for decision-makers from the entire mobility industry to convene and an excellent event for Ontario suppliers of parts, accessories, and intermediate products for passenger cars, other motor vehicles (mini-buses, specialty vehicles, trailers, micromobility and light-electric vehicles) and products for the operation, care, maintenance and repair for all of the above. The world's most important mobility companies come together at this event and present their solutions to a high-level B2B audience at the Summit and to a broad B2C audience at Open Space. Taking place in Munich, Germany, from September 9-14, 2025, the IAA MOBILITY event will combine topics of future-oriented mobility – Connected Mobility, Autonomous Mobility, Sustainability and Circular Economy, Urban & Rural Mobility, Digital Innovations and Smart City Infrastructure.

The objective of this mission is to assist Ontario auto and tech companies to identify and meet with potential partners, customers, and investors. Participating and exhibiting at IAA is a great opportunity for Ontario companies to expand their presence in Europe.

The mission program will include:
- Turn-key exhibit space
- Listing in the show directory
- B2B Meetings
- Pre-mission webinar
- Marketing and promotion support through Canadian government and partner networks abroad
- Market and sector opportunity briefings to provide updates on the current sector trends and opportunities
- Networking opportunities
- 1:1 export advice and consultation

Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The first qualified company to pay will have the first choice, and so on. Qualified companies will be approved as applications are received, so it's important to make the payment promptly to secure a spot. This approach ensures a fair and efficient booth selection process.
