This event will equip participants with essential negotiation skills shared by a panel of successful women who have negotiated their career advancement to where they are today.
What are the essential ingredients to getting ahead in the workplace? Hard work, communication skills, and a generous dose of luck all play a role, of course. Another important key ingredient—the one that is often overlooked—is the ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities to negotiate for your future career success.
In this event, we will equip participants with essential negotiation skills shared by a panel of successful women from AWS Canada, who have negotiated their career advancement to where they are today.
Following the panel discussion, the participants will also have a chance to use some of the “tools” the panelists discussed and apply them to their personal experiences in a 20-minute workshop.
