About the presenters:
Michael Hindley, Tax Partner
Michael is a tax partner with KPMG and has over 15 years of experience in public accounting. He is responsible for overseeing the tax team in their provision of high quality tax services and ensuring the needs of clients are met. Michael has a wealth of knowledge and wide range of experience on tax issues and in providing tax advice to public and private companies, charities and individuals. He has worked extensively with clients in a variety of industries including technology, media/telecommunications and manufacturing, providing proactive tax planning, divestiture solutions and compliance management.
Jason Gaetan, Tax Manager
Jason is a Manager in KPMG’s Hamilton office and specializes in Canadian tax compliance and advisory services, with extensive experience delivering value add services to owner managed businesses in a wide range of industries. In addition, he has provided services to clients in the areas of due diligence, divestitures and tax considerations for cross border expansion.
Ryan Seichter, Senior Tax Specialist
Ryan is a Senior Tax Specialist in KPMG’s Hamilton office and is involved with all aspects of tax compliance and tax planning for clients in a broad range of industries. Ryan’s core experience is in Canadian corporate tax but more recently his focus has expanded to included US tax, providing him a unique perspective into cross border tax considerations.
