Value Stream Mapping - Virtual

Ontario manufacturers are welcome to join us, along with special guest Chad Metcalf of Value Stream Solutions for this session, who will examine the subtle but powerful elements of VSM. 

As requested in our last productivity round table focused on value creation vs cost management, we will take a deeper look at Value Stream Mapping as a tool to uncover and leverage hidden value in manufacturing processes, which can be redirected as an alternative to spending more capital or chasing cost cutting measures. This has the effect of increasing productivity without necessarily increasing fixed or variable inputs.
