Dates

Applications close January 20th

Program begins week of February 8th

Ready to take your social purpose business to the next level but don’t know what the next step should look like (or how to find out)?

Resilience Southwest is designed to support woman-identified and gender non-binary leaders of social enterprises / social purpose businesses break through barriers to growth—barriers that are common to most businesses, as well as barriers that exist at the intersection of identity and systems of oppression.

With the input of facilitators, coaches, and peers, participants will engage in a relational learning journey that invites them to rework, revisit, and play with the definition of “success”. This 8-week program will offer workshop-based learning and development, peer networking, and coaching, in alignment with the WOSEN design principles

At the end of the program, participants will:

  • Be connected to a new network of social entrepreneurs and subject matter experts
  • Have a plan to scale their business in alignment with their own definition of success
  • Have gained or grown in their skills/capacity to operate within the context of existing systems (e.g., capitalism, funding, impact sector) today
  • Have the capacity and skills to delegate and share responsibility for contributing to the growth of their business
  • Understand the role they and their businesses play in creating the change that is necessary
