Established in 2011, Presidium is a disruptive technology company creating new engineered composite materials through its R&amp;D facilities in London, ON, Canada and Schenectady, NY. The companys first product line was released in late 2017. We are currently introducing two proprietary technology platforms to the market: (I) RevoTherm - A patented, innovative thermosetting urethane material that takes full advantage of the strength and impact properties of thermoplastics while leveraging a thermosets ability to be manufactured in liquid form, molded to net shape and either pumped into an open or closed tool, or sprayed. RevoTherm quickly sets, cures, and can be removed from a mold in short timeframes. Applications for our technology include automotive, agriculture, general transportation, building and industrial components, and structures where lightweight strength is optimal. Our technology is also well suited to net shape molding applications, production volumes that do not justify large capital investments in machinery and/ or tooling, and rapid prototyping applications. (II) Q4 - A patented silicone-based engineered material with unique strength and impact properties that can be dialed-in to protect from and/or absorb multiple impacts. It can also be used in energy absorption and damping applications. We call ourselves an Integrative Solutions Provider of Disruptive Engineered Materials - Integrative as we work with partners throughout the value chain to provide new delivery systems and value added processes that work with our materials properties and Disruptive as our material and the methodology used to create finished parts will reduce cap-ex requirements, reduce in process waste and rework, and allow for rapid prototyping and small-scale manufacturing as well as high volume production.
