On July 4, Ontario announced several changes including:
- Increased minimum penalty for contraventions under the Ontario Immigration Act or its regulations
- Changes to the education requirement for nurses applying to the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities and French-Speaking Skilled Worker streams
- Changes affecting the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream
