Workforce Development Board invites residents to share their experiences in 2026 Workforce Survey
The Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board is conducting its 2026 Workforce Survey this October to better understand the experiences, needs and challenges of people across the region.
The survey is open to people aged 16 and older who live or work in Elgin, Middlesex or Oxford, including London. Whether you are employed, looking for work, studying or currently not working, your perspective can help inform local workforce planning.
The Board aims to collect at least 500 responses, representing a range of industries, occupations, career stages and communities. Findings will help identify workforce trends and inform future programs, services and strategies that support workers, job seekers and employers.
Participation is voluntary and confidential, and the survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. It does not ask participants to identify their employer, and responses will be analyzed collectively. The survey closes October 31, 2026.
