Ivey’s new Technology Transformation Projects connects your organization with Ivey MBA students who design AI-driven digital transformation strategies tailored to your business.
AI at All Stages
No matter where you are on your AI journey, our MBA teams deliver actionable insights that help your workforce:
✔ Automate workflows
✔ Enhance productivity
✔ Optimize operations for scalable growth
Through close collaboration with your team, students identify key areas for AI-driven improvement and provide a tailored roadmap aligned with your business goals.
What You’ll Receive:
Teams of 6–7 MBA students dedicate a full term (3 months) to your organization, analyzing your organization through a digital lens delivering:
• A custom-designed AI workshop for your staff
• AI-driven recommendations tailored to your needs
• A comprehensive implementation roadmap
• An executive presentation designed to be implemented, not shelved.
What We Ask of You as a Client: TTP projects are designed to fit the schedule of a busy executive. Your commitment is straightforward:
• A project kickoff meeting on-site (1-2 hours) to bring the team up to speed and explain your business and current technology use in late-January.
• 2 to 3 more virtual or in person meetings between February through April
• Timely access to the people and technology information that the team needs
• Attendance at the final presentation in early May (preferably on-site)
That's it. The students do the heavy lifting — supported by a faculty advisor with technology expertise — and you receive strategic work of a caliber that would typically command a significant consulting fee.
