London, ON – London, ON – KAPIL LAKHOTIA, President and CEO, London Economic Development Corporation, addresses the launch of the Canadian Club of London’s 2017/18 Speaker Series Season at its lunch on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.

Kapil Lakhotia was named President & CEO of the London Economic Development Corporation in 2014 after leading the corporation’s investment attraction portfolio for over 10 years. Under his leadership, the LEDC has implemented a new strategic plan, launched a number of exciting initiatives, and has formed strategic partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally. Kapil provides leadership on infrastructure development, workforce, and other important elements of economic prosperity. His efforts resulted in significant new investments and jobs in London through developments including Dr. Oetker, Arvin Sango, the Original Cakerie, and Natra.
 
The event is open to both Club members and non-members.  Tickets are $36.16 for members and $47.46 for non-members.  Advanced tickets or tables of 10 are available on the Canadian Club’s website or by calling 519-659-4004.
