Chamber and The Achievement Centre Announce New Business Coaching Program

London, ON - The London Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with The Achievement Centre, has launched Propel:Moving Business Forward, a series of free workshops and coaching for small and medium sized businesses to promote economic recovery. The programming, which will allow up to 50 businesses to participate, will help businesses that were negatively impacted by the pandemic. It is designed to support businesses in the hardest hit sectors and help them move forward and thrive.

The programming will include a series of six 3-hour in-person workshops at the London Chamber of Commerce, and participating businesses can also receive up to 4 hours of one-on-one business coaching. The training modules will focus on business recovery and some of the most pressing issues that business owners are facing as we emerge from the pandemic including finding and keeping talent, personal productivity and managing stress, and coaching for success. “We are committed to ensuring this program is available for various demographic groups.

There are spots specifically reserved for women and diverse populations.” says Kristen Duever, VP, Public Relations, London Chamber of Commerce. “This program will offer training in some of the most needed areas in today’s economic climate. We are delighted to be partnering with The Achievement Centre on this initiative that will give businesses the skills and knowledge to thrive and grow.” “Often business owners most in need of professional development and coaching are the ones who can least afford it” says Marc Lacoursiere , President, The Achievement Centre. “There is no cost for businesses to participate in this program, thanks to a London Community Recovery Network grant through the City of London”.
