Changes And Growth At Stream Global Services

Local Impact of Recent Changes Within Global Outsourcing Company

BOSTON, November 12, 2008 - Stream Global Services, Inc. (AMEX: OOO), the global contact centre outsourcer, has undergone changes to its business structure at both the corporate level, and locally, in its London contact centre.

Most noticeably, Stream’s name has changed to Stream Global Services, and the formerly private company is now part of a publicly traded company. Strategically, its breadth of vision has expanded, and the company now intends to grow from being an expert in the technical support and customer service aspects of business process outsourcing (BPO) into a full spectrum provider of integrated BPO solutions.

“Globally, I believe the amount of change we’ve undergone in just a few short months is pretty amazing,” said Scott Dall, regional vice president, Canada; and former site director of the London facility. “Locally, I expect the biggest immediate difference to be growth in our existing accounts, along with the arrival of new accounts. Our executive leadership team has really put a lot of weight behind this type of growth.”

Apparently, this strategy has already begun to pay off. Stream Global Services in London is currently hiring to meet the demands of growth in its longest standing client account a highly reputable manufacturer of PCs, printers and imaging devices.

Along with this growth, the site is also now hiring in expectation of a new client a leading provider of wireless and home phone services, as well as cable television and high-speed Internet.

“We’re very excited about all these new opportunities, which we see as a real sign of change,” said Lori Atkinson, London site director, and successor in this position to Dall. “With the new ownership group in place, along with our experienced executive team, we have a commitment to growth.”

The Stream Global Services centre in London intends to hire approximately 100 new employees per month between now and April 2009. For information about these opportunities, visit www.stream.com, or call 519-455-4100 and ask for recruiting.
