Diply.com - Fastest Growing Website in Internet History

Diply.com, a GoViral Inc. website, is officially one of the top 500 most viewed websites in the world according to Alexa.com. Launched in November 2013, Diply has quickly become the fastest growing website in internet history, eclipsing the early stage growth of Pinterest. While this claim has been made by numerous websites, Diply has substantiated the claim by commissioning Compete.com to complete a study on its growth. The successful rise of the content sharing platform can be attributed to their commitment to “strengthening relationships and building brand trust by connecting its engaged users with content they love to share,” said Taylor Ablitt, CEO of Diply.

In July, the company surpassed 19 million unique monthly visitors, with growth driven by their millions of social media followers on Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter.

The founders had one goal – to create a content publishing platform that had the visual appeal of Pinterest, BuzzFeed's captivating titles and Tumblr's full-body content, but with a more engaging and intuitive experience.

With that goal in mind, Taylor Ablitt (27), an HBA graduate from Western University’s Richard Ivey School of Business, Dean Elkholy (25), a social media and online publishing maverick (who dropped out of dentistry to build the company), and Gary Manning (38), one of Canada’s top technical minds on social media-based applications for personalized content and engagement, created Diply, thereby changing the face and way people share content.

“We started with just an idea and it has grown into something truly amazing. We knew we had something great, but the growth so far after only nine months has exceeded any of our expectations,” said Elkholy.

While Diply is newer to the online publishing industry, their content regularly outperforms more established publishing companies. In June, Diply’s top viewed article for the month, “30 Photos Proving Australia is an Insane Place”, had a total of 7.3 million page views; almost one million more views than the top performing article on Buzzfeed.

Diply will be launching a news vertical on September 1st. In preparation, they will be actively recruiting some of the top news writers to their editorial team. "The future success of the news vertical will be built upon our patent pending technology that finds the most interesting conversations on the web to tell the most engaging stories,” says Chief Technical Officer, Gary Manning.
