London, ON (September 2011) Echidna Solutions Corp.has been named the recipient of London’s featured company award for the month of September by the City of London and the London Economic Development Corporation.
Echidna is a homegrown London, Ontario success story. Founded in 1999 as a vehicle for freelance web work while attending the University of Waterloo, founder Andrew McClenaghan never imagined he'd be outgrowing his 2nd office space in three years.
Since 1999, Echidna Solutions Corp. (“Echidna”) has worked with organizations to help enhance their website and overall online marketing presence. The Echidna team is the perfect blend of technical expertise and creative flair which enables them to think "beyond the website" and create new opportunities for online communication and engagement.

London’s Featured Company Award is distributed by the City of London and the London Economic Development Corporation and is awarded to a London company that fits the criteria: part of the external economy with demonstrated leadership in their industry sector, recognized as an employer of choice, demonstrated community mindedness, demonstrated sustainability and/or growth, and has demonstrated innovation. The award is given by the Mayor in front of Council at their monthly meetings.
