London, ON – September 2025 – Eggstatic, Ontario’s fast-growing breakfast and brunch concept, first began as a cozy neighborhood restaurant on Bayview Avenue in Toronto, where it quickly became a community favourite. What started as a small brunch spot with a big heart has now grown into a beloved brand across the province. Today, Eggstatic is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its newest location in London, Ontario.
Known for its vibrant atmosphere and a menu that blends classic comfort with Middle Eastern-inspired flavors, Eggstatic is ready to welcome the community to experience “sunshine on a plate.”

Eggstatic will officially open its doors to the public, with reservations available through the Eggstatic website.
Founded on the idea of bringing people together around the table regardless of dietary preference, Eggstatic offers a diverse menu featuring halal, vegetarian, and vegan-friendly options, all crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Guests can look forward to fan favourites like the rich and flavorful Shakshuka, Lotus Biscoff Pancakes, and the savoury Chicken Nashville Benedict, paired with specialty coffees and seasonal beverages.
