The Market After Dark marks the exclusive kickoff to the 2026 Taste Dinner Series, transforming The Market at Western Fair District into an intimate, after-hours culinary destination for one night only.
Hosted inside the Artisan’s Loft overlooking the historic Market floor, the evening will feature a guided five-course dinner celebrating Ontario’s seasonal ingredients and local producers. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with curated beverages led by Brewmaster and Certified Cicerone Stephen Rich. Live music and a behind-the-scenes Market tour will further immerse guests in the stories and heritage that define this landmark destination.
