Posters can be personalized by adding your company logo to the lower left corner next to the LMLIP logo and slogan before printing, and then displayed in reception areas or at checkout counters.
The Zero Tolerance posters were developed in response to an LMLIP discrimination study in London-Middlesex which revealed that racialized employees, particularly those in the service industry, are more likely to face discrimination from clients. You can help make our community more welcoming by displaying the poster.
