A Local Brand with Momentum
Rooted in London’s entrepreneurial spirit, Booch traces its origins back to Western University, where the ownership team first met before launching Motif Labs — a venture they successfully sold earlier this year. As new owners of Booch, they’ve hit the ground running: in just six months, the company has rebranded, introduced new products, and opened its new retail store in the heart of London.
Staying true to its roots, Booch continues to brew and serve locally within the Western Fair District, combining small-batch craftsmanship with community connection.

Located within the Western Fair District next to the Grove, and across the street from The Market, Booch’s new retail taproom offers visitors a vibrant, welcoming space to explore the full Booch experience — from ready-to-drink bottles and sparkling green teas to wellness tonics crafted for every lifestyle.
Guests can also take advantage of exclusive in-store promotions, including deals on reusable bulk growler refills and multi-pack purchases.
