Now Open: ANNDining opening as ANNDough

ANNDining OPENS JANUARY 12, 2022 - Chef Josh Sawyer and restaurant partners began creating ANNDining in August 2021 as a concept of shared dishes from around the Mediterranean region with influences from Spain to Northern Africa.

ANNDining's grand opening was planned for indoor dining, however with Covid restrictions back in place, these seasoned restauranteurs quickly pivoted and created ANNDough - a pop-up, take-out, pick up and delivery pizza restaurant focused around their signature artisan sourdough crust and unique toppings. ANNDough’s menu also includes pastas, salads, and sides along with your favourite tasty beverages.

ANNDough’s pizza menu offers 9 pies all made with whole wheat sourdough crust, topped with distinctive and delectable ingredients then baked in a stone oven.

Supporting local is important to ANNDough that’s why the flour in their dough comes from the Arva Flour Mill, and their signature crust was created with well known baker, Sean Hannam of Artisan Bakery at 864 Dundas Street, London, Ontario.

When in-dining returns, ANNDough will merge with ANNDining and the original menu inspired by Chef Josh Sawyer will come to play. The menu includes a wide range of dishes for sharing along with a mix of vegetarian and vegan creations as well.

The vibe at ANNDining is chill. Beautiful modern space for sharing dishes, a cocktail program and a live DJ mixing as the evening progresses.

ANNDining/ANNDough is located at 140 Ann Street on the corner of Talbot & Ann Street - just look for the ANND sign. Parking is free with a large lot available for guests.
