Opportunity for Collaboration with Western University Turning Food Industry Challenges into Learning Experiences

The Brescia School of Food and Nutrition Sciences at Western University invites collaboration with the food industry to bring real-world projects into our Food Product Development course. This initiative allows companies to present development challenges for student teams to tackle throughout the semester.

Benefits of Collaboration:

For Food Industry Partners: Gain access to fresh ideas and innovative solutions, leverage university facilities such as cooking, chemistry, and research labs, and engage motivated student teams at no cost.
For Students: Develop hands-on skills by solving real industry problems through experiential learning.

By partnering with us, you can tap into academic expertise and resources to address your product development needs while supporting student learning.
