On Thursday, September 25, 2025, LEDC and Innovation Works will host the London Digital Creative Mixer, an evening designed for website builders, gamers, designers, streamers, content creators, and digital innovators of all kinds.
From 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Innovation Works, the event will offer a relaxed, community-focused atmosphere where London’s digital minds can meet, share, and spark ideas. The format is casual but intentional: conversation and networking, snacks and beverages, and opportunities to showcase projects or discover new collaborators. Without panels or a formal agenda, the focus is on genuine connections, because some of the best ideas happen when people simply start talking.
London’s tech and creative industries continue to grow at a remarkable pace. The sector now includes more than 400 companies and over 16,000 employees, spanning software firms, game studios, marketing agencies, and content creators reaching audiences around the world. Local post-secondary programs in computer science, game design, and digital media keep the talent pipeline strong, helping position London as one of Ontario’s emerging creative tech hubs.
Still, growth alone isn’t enough. Creative communities thrive when people have opportunities to meet outside of their silos, and that’s exactly what the Digital Creative Mixer is designed to do. “London has so much talent in the digital space, but people don’t always realize who’s out there working on amazing projects,” says Andrew Dodd, manager, tech & creative industries at LEDC. “We want to create a space where you can not only showcase what you do but also meet people who might become collaborators, mentors, or just great friends.”
