As first-time entrants in the Ontario Finest Meat Competition in 2013, Sikorski Sausages won six awards including three platinum awards and a gold.

Established in 1983, Sikorski Sausages is a second-generation, family-owned provider of high quality deli products. The Company takes pride in being ambassadors of authentic Polish taste with products processed in the Forest City and distributed all across the province via the company’s fleet of refrigerated trucks.

In keeping up with their growing base of loyal customers and their demands, the business underwent an expansion in 2010 with a state-of-the-art facility that now employs more than 40 people. A perfect blend of the old and the new, Sikorski Sausages continues to add that hint of old-school goodness to their products in the newly expanded facility – they still hand-tie sausage links individually and even use logs and wood chips in the smoking chambers.

There are 100 different kinds of sausages and deli meats processed in the London facility. From wood smoked bacon to Montreal smoked beef and from Polish ham kolbassa to Hungarian sausages— Sikorski Sausages offers something to satisfy every meat-lover’s taste buds.
