Tactic Studios was founded in 2007 and specializes in developing thought-provoking, story-driven games for PC. We're located in London, Canada, roughly a 2 hour drive from Canada's largest city, Toronto. In 2009 Tactic released our first title, Immortal Empire to open beta, a free browser-based multiplayer role playing game set in a fantasy universe. Built from the ground up on Tactic's proprietary Immortal Engine, Tactic officially released Immortal Empire to Steam as a fully downloadable game in December 2015. Tactic has since made significant improvements to the Immortal Engine, growing it to a fully-featured modern 3D game engine. With support for Windows, Mac, and Linux, the Immortal Engine offers a fully deferred 3d renderer, including a comprehensive level editor, animation blending, rigid body physics solver, AI navigation mesh, and much more. Using this technology, we are currently developing a new unannounced 3D first person game.
