Colour management has become paramount for brand management and that experience was invaluable. From that position Brooklyn was promoted to Technical Customer Support for the past 5 years. The job was to liason with the customer and printers, bring in artwork, write a docket and instruct the operators how exactly to trap, colour manage and to maintain the brand integrity.
